Tanu Weds Manu pickedup about 20% on Wednesday with business of 2.20 crore nett. The collections picked up due to Mahashivratri.The film is a hit in Delhi\UP & East Punjab circuits due to the extarordinary performance there. East Punjab will give a share of 1.30 crore approx in week one. The film was sold for 1.05 crore in East Punjab. The Delhi/UP circuit will generate a share of nearly 3 crore in week one and the film was sold for 2 crore in the circuit.
The total business so far is 17 crore & another 1.50 crore on Thursday can be expected. This will lead the first week to 18.50 crore nett which is excellent.
