No Tax on Stanley Ka Dabba

Stanley Ka Dabba which went tax free in Delhi a few days back is also likely to get an entertainment tax exemption in Maharashtra. The film should benefit a little as 60% of its all India business is coming from Maharashtra and Delhi city.

A few years back Taare Zameen Par started going tax free in week two and it helped the film tremendously but the difference is that when Taare Zameen Par went tax free it was collecting well where it was running with good occupancies.

Here with Stanley Ka Dabba, the collections are on the lower side so it may not have a huge affect. The lifetime share of Stanley Ka Dabba was likely to be 2.50 if it did not get tax exemption, now it remains to be seen how much more it will do with the exemption.
