Filmmaker Sajid Khan is delighted to bring the Kapoor duo together. ''Everyone in the team was extremely overwhelmed to work with two Kapoor brothers. Yeh jo apney film ke kisse sunate hai to woh sunne main hi bada maja aata tha. All of us took backseat in front of the two Kapoor brothers,'' says Sajid.
While Randhir was a part of Sajid's HOUSEFULL, Rishi is a new entrant in the team. Sajid and Randhir share a great rapport as they have known each other for years. Nevertheless, Sajid reveals that he was quite scared to work with Rishi Kapoor. ''Dabooji is our good friend and we have spent lots of dinners together. But I was really scared of working with Chintuji,'' divulges Sajid.
Apparently the Kapoor brothers are also ecstatic to share the screen space for the first time. Randhir says, ''For the first time I had the privilege to work with my younger brother and a great artist, Rishi Kapoor. It was fun to work with the same team again. Sajid Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala are my good friends. I have loved working in this film and I am sure audience will love the movie.''
Rishi says, ''This film has given us a chance to come together on-screen. In the film too we are playing brothers. Interestingly our character names in the film are Daboo and Chintu (Randhir and Rishi's nick names in real life). Sajid is mad and he has also made us do mad stuffs in the film. I have done many films but enjoyed working on few and HOUSEFULL 2 is one of them.''
HOUSEFULL 2 is slated to release on April 5, 2012.
