Don 2 had an excellent second weekend as it collected around 18.50 crore nett plus as per early estimates. The collections for the Hindi version were 4.25 crore nett on Friday, 6 crore nett on Saturday and around 8.25-8.50 crore nett on Sunday.
The second weekend is the second best of the year after Ready which grossed around 20 crore nett on its second weekend. The collections for the Hindi version in ten days are around 89.50 crore nett. If we include the regions version then its around 92 crore nett and in all its versions it will cross the 100 crore nett mark in two weeks while the Hindi version will be close to the 100 crore nett mark and possible hit it if weekdays hold up very well.
Don 2 has held up very well at the box office and its second week collections are likely to be the fifth best ever after Three idiots, Dabangg, Golmaal 3 and Ready. The holiday period has helped it but any film putting up big numbers today is helped by holidays apart from a rare case like Ready.
