The Dirty Picture will hit the 50 day mark of its run on Friday and will have an increase in theatres and shows at multiplexes. The film had a very steady run over the last four weeks and is being re-instated at many single screens and multiplexes are also giving it more screenings.
The releases of this year have performed very poorly be it Players, Ghost or Chaalis Chaarausi and even Don 2 has failed to to put up good occupancies after its first two weeks so exhibitors see The Dirty Picture as there best bet until the release of Agneepath.
There is no major Hindi release this week and the the major release is from Hollywood in the form of Underworld 4.
