Tanu Weds Manu had a great third weekend of 3 crore nett plus which shows a drop of just 37% from second weekend and that is awesome. The total so far is 30.25 crore nett. The film is taking full benefit of single release in this month.
Despite the biggest match of the Cricket World Cup so far on Saturday, the collections of Tanu Weds Manu held up well on the day with a 35% jump from the previous day. Sunday was excellent and the film should do a lifetime distributor share of around 16 crore.
The breakdown was:
Friday 65 lakhs
Saturday 90 lakhs
Sunday 1.50 crore
Total 3.05 crore
