Aarakshan fell badly at the box office in its second weekend. The film grossed 5.25 crore nett appprox in its second weekend giving it a 33.75 crore nett ten day total.
The film started screenings in UP on Saturday and that helped the Delhi/UP belt as it grossed around 1.60 crore nett. A drop of just 35-40% from last week but other areas which had a clean release last week were showing falls of around 70-75%.
The week will finish around the 8 crore nett mark which will take its two week total to 36.50 crore nett with lifetime business finding it difficult to touch 40 crore nett.
