Rowdy Rathore is an upcoming Bollywood action thriller film directed by Prabhu Deva and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Ronnie Screwvala. The film features Akshay Kumar in double role opposite Sonakshi Sinha. It is a remake of the Telugu film Vikramarkudu and is set to release on 1st june 2012.

1. Promos & Music of the movie have been immensely liked by people which is one big positive.
2. Akshay's return to action genre is another exciting thing to watch out and movie is coming just after the super success of Housefull 2 which will provide a huge response from audience.
3. IPL has just ended and this one is a big movie releasing just after that so it will be a good option for people.
4. Buzz is great which will ensure huge opening.
Overall, Rowdy Rathore is all set to take a huge opening probably highest opening ever of Akshay Kumar and 3rd highest of all time. First Day could be in the range of 15-16 crore nett.
