I remember the time when BOI launched its star ranking criteria to measure the star power of bollywood actors. The biggest surprise it had was Salmaan Khan not in the top 10. But soon Dabangg released the film had the biggest opening ever Salmaan Khan came on 5th no. in this list.
He was the no.1 star last year but overall he remained on 5th position.
But now again with the mind boggling opening of Ready Salmaan Khan has jumped.... and jumped to number 1 position leaving Aamir Khan behind to no 2 who was earlier holding the seat from a long time.
Salman Khan also made strides in the Worldwide rankings with Ready and is now in number 3 position after Aamir Khan and Shahrukh Khan. Ready did not help him in the Overseas star power rankings as the opening was not that great.
