While he mentioned it on a funny note (with reference to the title of his film Ra.One ), SRK never misses an opportunity like this.
Soon Salman Khan showed his modesty claiming Aamor Khan number 1 in Bollywood. So that brought all the reigning Khans into the number game. Akshay Kumar, too, has been a common contender for this position in Bollywood. So when recently asked who is the most powerful person in Bollywood, Akshay came up with a smart take on it.
"If the tax-paying figure defines the magnitude of power, then probably I am the most powerful person in Bollywood", replied Akshay Kumar, clearly adapting the answer as per his convenience. The actor's name has regularly featured on the list of the highest tax-paying celebrities in Bollywood.
Talking about power, it certainly has different connotations for different people. When Salman was recently asked what is being powerful according to him, he retorted, " Bus jail nahi jaana pade , that is power!"
